Civil Rights Blog: The Third Amendment, Privacy and Mass Surveillance:

The title of this post comes from this article arguing that the Third Amendment could serve to protect individual privacy interests against instrusion by ‘cybersoldiers’ serving the country’s national security interests.

The article is only ten pages long. I don’t see the Third Amendment having any legs in this debate, but it is a part of the backdrop of the right of privacy.
