I received an e-mail with a post from a blog today asking, essentially, “why is there no Hudson v. Michigan blog?” It mentions two other blogs, here and here.
Maybe someday I’ll add a separate page for Hudson, but, if you want Hudson cases, every case that substantively discusses it at all is cited here. Just search “Hudson.”
