District Court erred in suppressing search of housemate’s computer under search warrant for computers in defendant’s house that retrieved lead defendant’s computers. She was mentioned in the affidavit for SW, and it was an inference that she had knowledge of extortion scheme. E-mails between them were at issue, and three had been suppressed relating to the extortion scheme. United States v. Adjani, 452 F.3d 1140 (9th Cir. July 11, 2006).

Search warrant authorized seizure of entire package and its search. While officers were searching for drugs they found porn. Second warrant not needed. Laros v. Nusbaum, 188 Fed. Appx. 652 (9th Cir. July 7, 2006).*
