As the rhetoric begins, I wrote a piece for Talkleft today that is too partisan to appear here.
I have my opinions about the Fourth Amendment, and I cannot always keep them to myself. This website does take positions that cases are wrongly or rightly decided, and that does not detract from its being largely nonpartisan. The Talkleft piece is totally partisan, which is why it is elsewhere.
Read it if you want, don’t if you don’t.
