Defendant’s arrest was valid, so his statement wasn’t fruit of the poisonous tree. United States v. Thomas, 2020 U.S. App. LEXIS 836 (3d Cir. Jan. 10, 2020).*

The CI’s statement was sufficiently corroborated to provide probable cause, and the affidavit provides detailed information from the CI’s first hand knowledge. United States v. Malone, 2020 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 4420 (W.D. Ky. Jan. 10, 2020).*
