NYTimes: Strip-Searching of 8-Year-Old at Prison Leads Virginia to Halt the Practice (“Gov. Ralph Northam suspended the policy after a girl was strip-searched while trying to visit her father.”) And I lost a case similar to this about 18 years ago because the District Court and Eighth Circuit said the strip search of the little girl was “reasonable.” It was not, admittedly, as intrusive as this one.
