Even if the officer’s omission was reckless or intentional, adding in the missing information only makes the probable cause stronger. Therefore, his Franks claim fails. United States v. O’Neal, 2019 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 126426 (D. Me. July 30, 2019).*

Defendant’s connection to the truck his girlfriend borrowed from a relative was too tenuous to have standing. He seldom drove it. As for the merits, the search of the truck was justified under the automobile exception because there was probable cause and exigency. United States v. Lewis, 2019 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 126284 (D. Kan. July 29, 2019).*
