DYS obtained an inspection order to enter petitioner’s house, but it was issued without specific probable cause to believe any specific acts were occurring inside. As a mere passenger, defendant has no standing in the car he was riding in that a quarter of a million in cash was seized from. United States v. Villa-Guillén, 2019 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 124799 (D.P.R. July 24, 2019).*
