In a scheme involving fraudulently obtaining government benefits over an 18 month period, the warrant wasn’t stale just because four months had passed since the last known act. The scheme was ongoing. United States v. Joseph, 2018 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 166667 (S.D. Fla. Sep. 27, 2018).
