NJLJ: Lawyer Couple Gets $1.15M Settlement in Suit Against Police:

The town of Westfield has agreed to pay $1.15 million to settle a federal civil rights suit by a Lowenstein Sandler attorney and his wife, also an attorney, who claimed that local police entered their home without a warrant and used excessive force when responding to complaints of a late-night gathering.
