Defendant was arrested with probable cause, and the search incident to his arrest provided probable cause for a search warrant. United States v. Soll, 2018 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 219555 (D. Minn. Dec. 13, 2018).*

A CI that leads to a search warrant is not subject to disclosure to the defense unless he or she is a material witness, and this one isn’t. United States v. Brandon, 2019 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 9696 (D. Minn. Jan. 18, 2019).*
