WaPo: ‘I don’t like to be touched’: Video shows 10-year-old autistic boy getting arrested at school by Lindsey Bever. The parents were told to bring the child in this month for “testing” and he was handcuffed and taken away by two sheriff’s deputies to spend the night in juvenile detention. The offense was a felony for scratching a teacher’s aide back in October. The parents were in communication with the school about his condition and issues at school but were apparently lied to about the warrant for quite awhile.
