Defendant was seized when officers made her lock her purse in her car at the police station and give them the keys. She later asked for her purse and was given it, but she will still not free to leave the presence of law enforcement. State v. Emerson, 2015 MT 254, 2015 Mont. LEXIS 441 (August 26, 2015).*
