N.D.W.Va.: BOP nurse is not a law enforcement agent

A nurse in a federal prison was not acting in a law enforcement capacity in evaluating injuries to an inmate. United States v. Andrews, 2014 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 56159 (N.D. W.Va. April 23, 2014).

Two controlled buys were probable cause. The good faith exception would also apply [hardly necessary on these facts]. United States v. Wright, 2014 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 56311 (N.D. Ind. April 23, 2014).*
