A total of 30 minutes of testimony and 30 minutes of argument on making a record on some things. The rest was watching adult DVDs from 8:30-5:40. One more witness and DVD today. The jury instructions haven’t been settled yet because there are no model instructions on the subject. That will be interesting argument, too.
There are about 40 cases backed up to be read and commented on. The postings on past material will be spread out from Saturday to Monday so each day’s posts can stay a reasonable length. Then there’s also the cases coming in Saturday through Monday…
