TN: Def consented to a full patdown and admitted he had a crackpipe

The officer could tell the driver to get out of the car in a traffic stop. Defendant then consented to a full patdown that produced a crack pipe. When the officer touched it and asked what it was, defendant freely admitted what it was. State v. Joyner, 2020 Tenn. Crim. App. LEXIS 38 (Jan. 24, 2020).*

Plaintiff’s amended complaint does not show a violation of Fourth Amendment rights for defendants’ impounding an abandoned trailer of his. Mesadieu v. City of Linden, 2020 U.S. App. LEXIS 2531 (3d Cir. Jan. 27, 2020).*

Defendant’s successor petition alleges the same grounds as already denied, including an illegal arrest claim, but with slightly different facts. In re Dunson, 2020 U.S. App. LEXIS 2585 (11th Cir. Jan. 24, 2020).*
