D.Kan.: Passenger’s flight from a car during a traffic stop is RS

A passenger’s flight from a car during a traffic stop is reasonable suspicion. United States v. Goines, 2019 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 197656 (D. Kan. Nov. 14, 2019).

The search warrant for defendant’s home was particular because it referenced Attachment B, and that included the description. They were looking for automatic weapons or parts to convert guns to automatic weapons. United States v. Ray, 2019 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 197503 (N.D. Ind. Nov. 14, 2019).*

Defendant’s stop for following too close was factually justified despite the fact defendant claimed that traffic was just bad and jammed up. United States v. Willis, 2019 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 197662 (W.D. La. Sept. 25, 2019).*
