Plaintiff appears to believe the U.S. government should now go on search for Defendant Johnson comparable to the search for Bin Laden. I agree Defendant Johnson should not be allowed to evade service. But rather than employ Seal Team 6, I hereby deploy what some may consider to be even better – the U.S. Marshals Service. The Marshal is hereby directed to attempt to effectuate service of Defendant R. Johnson in person. The address under seal will be provided to the U.S. Marshal forthwith.
