OH11: No REP in CI’s recording def in own home

A CI recording the defendant in his own house doesn’t violate any reasonable expectation of privacy. State v. James, 2016-Ohio-7262, 2016 Ohio App. LEXIS 4121 (3d Dist. Oct. 11, 2016).

911 domestic call involving a knife and a Taser on the defendant justified his pat down. The gun found would not be suppressed. State v. Anderson, 2016-Ohio-7269, 2016 Ohio App. LEXIS 4128 (10th Dist. Oct. 11, 2016).*
