Officers responding to a domestic dispute had exigent circumstances to enter defendant’s trailer because of a screaming woman inside. Alternatively, the trial court’s finding of some form of announcement was supported by the record. State v. Hill, 2008 MT 260, 345 Mont. 95, 189 P.3d 1201 (2008).*
Defendant was standing behind another man who was doing a drug deal, and he was apparently involved in the sale. Defendant was ordered to the ground but instead attempted to strike the officer. Defendant was knocked down, handcuffed, and frisked, and it was based on reasonable suspicion. State v. Logan, 2008 Ohio 3636, 2008 Ohio App. LEXIS 3066 (9th Dist. July 23, 2008).*
