Border Patrol officers at Nogales watching over the border saw a launching device to throw bundles over the border fence, and they tried to see where the packages landed to round them up. Defendant was seen matching the description of a person carrying one of the bundles. That was reasonable suspicion when they went to the door of his house near the border. United States v.
