There is no reasonable expectation of privacy in a computer open to intrusion by a P2P file sharing program. United States v. Dunning, 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 140216 (E.D.Ky. Oct. 15, 2015).*

Defendant was illegally detained at work while his house was searched. His consent to search his cell phone was a product of the illegal seizure, and it’s suppressed. United States v. Garden, 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 140522 (D.Neb. Oct. 15, 2015).*
