D.D.C.: Comey attorney-computer search redux

In the Comey attorney-client privileged search, the government was ordered to return the evidence, not destroy it. Another alternative is to deposit it with the court subject to another search warrant, if the government can get one. Richman v. United States, 2025 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 265242 (D.D.C.
