Plaintiff stated a claim for relief of police officers searching a bar and blocking the entrance so customers could not leave. The seizure was initially justified by the defendants under the state ABC law, but then changed their argument, which the court found disingenuous at best. Watson v. Abington Township, 2008 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 58044 (E.D. Pa. July 31, 2008).*
Multiple affidavits for search warrants showed the informant was sufficiently corroborated. State v. Oros, 2008 Ohio 3885, 2008 Ohio App. LEXIS 3282 (4th Dist. July 9, 2008).*
