NJLJ: AG Ordered to Explain Denial of Records Related to NYPD Spying by Michael Booth:

A New Jersey appeals court has ordered the state Attorney General’s Office to provide more detailed reasoning as to why it refused to comply with an open public records request filed by a Muslim advocacy group that wants information regarding the office’s investigation into surveillance operations conducted by New York City police on Muslim groups in New Jersey.
