The Oregonian: Portland police traffic stops still disproportionately involve African Americans, report shows by Maxine Bernstein:

Traffic stops of African Americans in 2013 accounted for 12.8 percent of all Portland police traffic stops, a disproportionately high rate considering they make up 6 percent of the city’s population age 16 and over. And once stopped, African Americans were twice as likely than whites to be searched by police.
