13 month old information of possession of a firearm is not stale. “Unlawful possession of a firearm is an ongoing crime, so ‘old’ information is relevant to the question of present probable cause. Additionally, unlike narcotics, firearms are not consumable items; it would be reasonable to believe that Piloto continued to possess his gun in his home for at least 13 months.” There otherwise was probable cause to believe that evidence would be found.
