VA considering rehearing its GPS case

A few weeks ago, as posted here, the Virginia Supreme Court decided the Foltz GPS case holding that real time GPS tracking of a serial rapist did not violate the Fourth Amendment. A creepy defendant, but a creepier government intrusion.

On PogoWasRight.org today, I see that the court has considered rehearing the case. It was in the Washington Post, and I missed it, but PogoWasRight didn’t.
