NLJ: DreamHost Appeals Warrant Seeking Data on Trump Inauguration Protests by Michael Booth:

A web-hosting company agreed to provide federal prosecutors data about users of an anti-President Donald Trump website, provided they don’t review it until an appeals court addresses the propriety of the underlying order.

DreamHost is challenging a ruling by a D.C. Superior Court judge that it reveal to prosecutors the records of visitors to one of its clients, disruptj20.org. DreamHost on Tuesday proposed it will comply with Judge Robert Morin’s Aug. 24 ruling that it turn over the data on the condition the government not review it pending the outcome of an appeal.
