We were hacked (again). Nobody is safe

You probably noticed that the site didn’t work for a good part of yesterday. It’s been hacked before, and the server owner we contract it to took their sweet time undoing this one. The password has been changed twice, but I think it was something left behind on a prior hack because of phishing emails originating from it.

You’d think a professional server firm would have better security. I can say this because they have too many websites to care what I say or care whether I stay with them. Note of caution: I’ve heard that this could be a WordPress security issue since closed. We’re trying to prevent this BS from happening again.

Nobody is safe these days except Apple, Microsoft, and eBay which invest tens of millions in security. The latter contracts space on its server to the CIA, or so Bezos admitted in a 60 minutes interview years ago.
