The Hill: GOP chairman joins with Dems on bill to limit cellphone spying by Julian Hattem:
The Republican head of the House Oversight Committee is teaming up with a pair of Democrats to try to enact new limits on the government’s use of controversial cellphone-tracking technology.
[He’s the guy who used the misleading chart for the Planned Parenthood inquisition saying it was theirs, and his staff (presumably, let him down by getting a misleading one from a PP opponent’s website.]
