LA4: Two vehicles driving in tandem in a high crime area is not reasonable suspicion

Two vehicles driving in tandem in a high crime area is not reasonable suspicion. State v. McClendon, 133 So. 3d 239 (La.App. 4 Cir. 2014).*

Defendant’s DNA matched DNA taken from him when he was in a Georgia prison, and the taking of that DNA was constitutional. State v. Webb, 133 So. 3d 258 (La.App. 4 Cir. 2014).*

Defendant was stopped at gunpoint and handcuffed, and it was at least with reasonable suspicion, if not probable cause he was involved in an armed robbery. The search for a gun was reasonable. State v. Williamson, 2014-Ohio-325, 2014 Ohio App. LEXIS 314 (2d Dist. January 31, 2014).*
