Rand Paul, Kentucky Republican, said Sunday that in light of recent revelations about data mining by the National Security Agency, the country needs a serious examination of privacy and the Fourth Amendment \u2014 and he pledged to take the fight to the country\u2019s highest court if necessary.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>If Congress won&#8217;t, what makes him think the Supreme Court will?
