Over New Modernization Rules<\/a> by Perry Stein:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Five taxicab drivers filed a class action suit in U.S. District Court against Taxicab Commission Chair Ron Linton Wednesday, claiming the commission&#8217;s cab modernization requirements are discriminatory and a violation of the drivers&#8217; constitutional rights.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The rule also require GPS on cabs.
