Burdette<\/a>, 2013 Ohio 4395,  2013 Ohio App. LEXIS 4635 (2d Dist. October 4, 2013).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant characterized himself as an overnight guest in the place searched. He was asleep on the couch after a party and didn\u2019t testify. \u201cWe find from this limited evidence appellant was not at the Blymyer residence as an &#8220;overnight guest&#8221; as contemplated by Olson.\u201d <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sconet.state.oh.us\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/5\/2013\/2013-ohio-4387.pdf\">State v.
