After the first cursory frisk, the officer still believed defendant could have had a weapon, and defendant\u2019s nervousness was excessive before the second frisk and he was less cooperative. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.publications.ojd.state.or.us\/docs\/A147053.pdf\">State v. Faubion<\/a>, 258 Ore. App. 184, 308 P.3d 337 (2013).*\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>A partially naked toddler was wandering around an apartment complex, and it wasn\u2019t unreasonable for the officer to make an entry into the apartment the child wandered off from to see what was going on. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.in.gov\/judiciary\/opinions\/pdf\/08141301jgb.pdf\">McIlquham v. State<\/a>, 992 N.E.2d 904 (Ind. App. 2013).<\/p>\n<p>Touching the fog line briefly isn\u2019t an offense in Indiana, but this was worse, and it was at least reasonable suspicion for a stop. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.in.gov\/judiciary\/opinions\/pdf\/08131309tac.pdf\">Atkinson v. State<\/a>, 992 N.E.2d 899 (Ind.
