After watching him, the officer talked to him in a mere \u201cencounter.\u201d Despite having been arrested by this officer before, defendant gave a false name. He had a shopping bag in hand, and the officer saw a credit card receipt inside on top which he pulled out, saw that the purchase was with a credit card, and he asked to see the credit card. Defendant said he had no credit card. Later he produced a credit card in somebody else\u2019s name, and he was arrested. \u201cThis Court notes that considering the totality of the circumstances, supra, Appellant did not necessarily have a reasonable expectation of privacy in the shopping bag.\u201d <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pacourts.us\/assets\/opinions\/Superior\/out\/J-A13015-13o%20-%201014799561652859.pdf?cb=1\">Commonwealth v.
