Comm&#8217;r of Corr.<\/a>, 143 Conn. App. 780, 70 A.3d 1147 (2013).*<\/p>\n<p>In a Davis GPS good faith case, the court engages in extensive discussion of whether the law was settled or not in the Third Circuit on the use of GPS before Jones, and there was nothing approaching binding precedent saying that it wasn\u2019t permissible. Therefore, Davis applies. United States v. Lopez, 951 F. Supp. 2d 657 (D.Del. 2013).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant\u2019s guilty plea waived his Fourth Amendment claim so it wasn\u2019t cognizable in a 2255. United States v. Leus, 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 89280 (C.D. Cal. June 25, 2013).*<\/p>\n<p>Police entered reasonably under Payton v. New York when they had an arrest warrant for the defendant. A protective sweep inside was valid. \u201cIt is not significant that Barker was arrested prior to and outside of the rooms that were entered incident to the protective sweep.\u201d United States v.
