This is not a case where the wrong house was searched: there \u201cwas no reasonable probability that the officers would search any place other than the intended house.\u201d <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cca.courts.state.tx.us\/opinions\/HTMLopinionInfo.asp?OpinionID=23911\">Bonds v. State<\/a>, 403 S.W.3d 867 (Tex. Crim. App. 2013), rev&#8217;g Bonds v. State, 355 S.W.3d 902 (Tex. App. \u2013 Fort Worth 2011).<\/p>\n<p>One officer observed defendant committing a gross misdemeanor of loitering for drugs, and he radioed to another to make the arrest. The one arresting did not observed the crime, and the arrest was invalid under state law. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.courts.wa.gov\/index.cfm?fa=controller.managefiles&amp;filePath=Opinions&amp;fileName=857881.pdf\">State v. Ortega<\/a>, 171 Wn.2d 116, 297 P.3d 57 (2013).*<\/p>\n<p>Not signaling a left turn when already in a \u201cleft turn only\u201d lane is still a traffic offense justifying a stop. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pacourts.us\/assets\/opinions\/Superior\/out\/S79002-2012.pdf\">Commonwealth v.
