Police let him, but the recording was still being made. There was no reasonable expectation of privacy in the police interrogation room merely from the intimate family conversation. The police did nothing to make defendant think there was any privacy other than letting them in without a chaperone. Georgia already held that conversations in the back of a police car have no reasonable expectation of privacy. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gasupreme.us\/sc-op\/pdf\/s12a1698.pdf\">Rashid v.
