It was thus an \u201cimmediately adjoining\u201d area subject to protective sweep. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.search.txcourts.gov\/SearchMedia.aspx?MediaVersionID=09958701-acd1-4f90-ada5-b09fe34a82b6&amp;MediaID=8abf9785-0ccb-4878-b4ee-9119028c94bd&amp;coa=coa01&amp;DT=Opinion\">Richert v. State<\/a>, 2012 Tex. App. LEXIS 7719 (Tex. App. \u2013 Houston (1st Dist.) August 30, 2012).<\/p>\n<p>The magistrate heard testimony from the CI on the probable cause, and there was PC for issuance of the warrant. United States v. Peoples, 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 129276 (W.D.
