United States v. White, 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 89020 (E.D. Tex. June 26, 2012).*<\/p>\n<p>Having seen criminal activity going on in an open garage, officers could approach as any visitor to look in. Having seen criminal activity, \u201c[t]he Agents could then lawfully enter the open Garage to investigate further the apparent criminal activity.\u201d United States v. Contreras, 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 87921 (N.D. Ill. June 26, 2012).*<\/p>\n<p>The specific ground that this traffic stop was unreasonable was not raised in the district court, so plain error applies, and this wasn\u2019t. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca5.uscourts.gov\/opinions\/unpub\/11\/11-50781.0.wpd.pdf\">United States v.
