App. 904, 814 N.W.2d 768 (2012).*<\/p>\n<p>A bailment (contract) claim for seizure of a laptop at the border fails because a seizure is not bailment; bailments are mutually agreed upon. Kam-Almaz v. United States, 682 F.3d 1364 (Fed. Cir. 2012).*<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe find that under the \u2018totality of the circumstances,\u2019 including Officer Mermon&#8217;s twelve years of training and experience, which led him to believe that the U.S. currency found on Mr. McLaughlin&#8217;s person and the manner in which it was bound was evidence of an illegal drug transaction, there was a substantial basis for concluding that probable cause existed.\u201d United States v.
