They aren&#8217;t constitutional because the <a href=\"http:\/\/fourthamendment.com\/blog\/index.php?blog=1&amp;title=ky_city_of_liberty_could_not_conduct_che&amp;more=1&amp;c=1&amp;tb=1&amp;pb=1\">true safety rationale of Sitz is missing<\/a>, and they are only going to end up giving taxpayer dollars to the civil rights lawyer that sues them first.
