The mortgage holder had the authority to consent to entry of city officials to trap her cats based on the mortgage documents which had \u201cproperty preservation provisions\u201d for repair. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca6.uscourts.gov\/opinions.pdf\/12a0147n-06.pdf\">Farinacci v. City of Garfield Heights<\/a>, 461 Fed. Appx. 447 (6th Cir. 2012).*<\/p>\n<p>Taking a driver\u2019s license is a detention, here with reasonable suspicion, regardless of whether the officer is going to write a ticket or not. Defendant was also frisked during the wait for the records check, and a drug dog arrived and alerted. All this was reasonable. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tsc.state.tn.us\/sites\/default\/files\/kilgorestevenopn.pdf\">State v. Kilgore<\/a>, 2012 Tenn. Crim. App. LEXIS 79 (February 10, 2012).*<\/p>\n<p>Boilerplate language about drug trafficking admittedly added little to affidavit for search warrant, but the affidavit did mention seeing marijuana roaches on the premises, and that took it past \u201cbare bones\u201d for good faith exception purposes. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca6.uscourts.gov\/opinions.pdf\/12a0160n-06.pdf\">United States v.
