Moreover, he does nothing to explain a rationale for getting them because there was no Fourth Amendment claim made before, and the time for filing one has long passed. United States v. Fuller, 2026 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 151657 n.1 (S.D. Miss. July 9, 2026).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An officer off duty running a marathon saw defendant pull on gun on another person in a car.
