Sheridan<\/a>, 2011 Ohio 6011, 2011 Ohio App. LEXIS 4922 (3d Dist. November 21, 2011).*<\/p>\n<p>Observing defendant running his truck into a ditch was reasonable suspicion for a stop for driving under the influence. <a href=\"http:\/\/courts.ms.gov\/Images\/HDList\/..%5COpinions%5CCO73766.pdf\">Bondegard v. State<\/a>, 81 So. 3d 1181 (Miss. App. 2011).*<\/p>\n<p>In defendant\u2019s stop for running a red light, IDs with Hispanic surnames were found on his person. Considering the area was known for robberies of Hispanics, there was probable cause to search the car under the automobile exception. United States v. Woodruff, 830 F. Supp. 2d 390 (W.D.
