New York, it must further the regulatory needs of the state. This fails Burger. <a href=\"https:\/\/searchdro.kscourts.gov\/documents\/pdf\/caseDecisions\/e125ad09-6126-4be7-b8e9-6ad1890ed409_127210.pdf\">State v. Sharp<\/a>, 2025 Kan. App. LEXIS 53 (Nov. 14, 2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The trial court didn\u2019t abuse its discretion in denying a supplemental post-trial motion to suppress. Commonwealth v. Hill, 2025 PA Super 259 (Nov. 14, 2025).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe MDOC&#8217;s policy of conducting strip searches following contact visits is reasonable and therefore does not violate the Fourth Amendment.\u201d Parker v.
