Sep. 25, 2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Summary judgment denied defendant officers. \u201cUnder these circumstances, Defendants have not met their heavy burden to show that, as a matter of law, there was an objectively reasonable basis to conclude that a warrantless entry was immediately necessary to protect anyone from serious harm.\u201d I.R. v.
