Moore, 2025 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 189623 (W.D. La. Sep. 8, 2025).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cConsequently, this Court finds that the search warrant affidavit did not give rise to probable cause to search both residences. However, for the reasons that follow, this Court finds that the good-faith exception to the warrant applies.\u201d But, it is not so obviously lacking in probable cause. United States v.
